Shipping Policy
Shipping from Europe to the World We are based in Riga, Latvia (EU). We have successfully shipped thousands of envelopes to the USA, UK, and beyond. We ship orders daily to ensure your stationery arrives as quickly as possible.
1. Processing Time (Making Your Order)
Since every item is made to order in our studio (we do not hold stock of personalized items), please allow 1–3 business days for us to design, print, and foil your stickers before they are dispatched.

Note: During peak wedding season or sales, processing may take up to 4 business days.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
We use Priority Airmail with Tracking for all international orders. While we cannot control the postal service, here are the typical delivery windows based on our experience:

United States & Canada: 7 – 12 business days

Europe (EU): 4 – 8 business days

United Kingdom: 5 – 10 business days

Australia & Rest of World: 7 – 12 business days
Please note: "Business days" do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Yes, your order is tracked. Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For US Customers: You can track your package via USPS.com once it enters the United States.

For UK Customers: You can track via Royal Mail.
4. Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

USA: Customs fees paid by seller.

EU: No customs fees (Intra-community trade).
5. My order hasn't arrived yet
International shipping can sometimes be unpredictable due to weather or customs delays.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please check your Tracking Number first.

If there has been no movement for more than 10 days, please contact us at printedingoldco@gmail.com and we will help locate it.
6. Wrong Address
Please double-check your address before checkout! We print your shipping label directly from the address you provide. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
